Jon’s practice includes litigation and transactional work with an emphasis on business and real estate matters. Outside of his law practice, Jon has served as a part-time faculty member at Cal State Fullerton teaching Communications Law.
Jon graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2001 with a B.A. in Political Science. He received his J.D. in 2004 from University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While in law school, Jon spent a summer as an intern at the Sheriff’s Advisory Unit of the Los Angeles County Counsel’s Office.

Jon is an experienced litigator with extensive experience in both state and federal court. Jon has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict, representing businesses, non-profit entities, and individuals. Jon’s litigation practice focuses primarily on business, real estate, and probate-related matters and disputes between individuals. Jon also has a substantial transactional practice representing clients in a variety of fields including real estate, manufacturing, finance, high tech, and the service industries.
Jon and his wife, Erica, enjoy traveling and have spent portions of two summers volunteering with World Relief in Rwanda, Africa. Additional interests include golf, the Los Angeles Angels, and politics. Jon and Erica, a professor of Special Education, have three daughters Keira, Maia, and Alyssa.
