Certified a plaintiff's class action totaling more than 1400 members and litigated the case up through judgement and appeal recovering $500,000 in restitution, debt relief and attorney's fees.
Cirtek Electronics v. Telefunken Semiconductors
Represented plaintiff manufacturing company in suit for breach of contract and damage claims totaling $470,000; successfully negotiated a confidential settlement.
