Jeff’s practice includes business litigation, business formation, probate lititgation and estate planning and other transactional work. He has extensive trial experience and has tried a wide variety of cases including business disputes, real estate disputes, and personal injury matters.
Jeff graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1985 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. He received his J.D. in 1989 from Western State University College of Law, where he served on student government.

Jeff has extensive experience both as a litigator and transactional attorney and has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of fields. Jeff currently serves as corporate counsel for a number of small to medium sized businesses, while also handling the firm’s personal injury and estate planning clients. In his personal injury practice, Jeff has collected millions for his clients and at one point had obtained the largest personal injury verdict ever awarded in the Southeast District of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Jeff’s probate practice includes estate planning, conservatorships, and probate and trust litigation. Jeff also has extensive experience handling family law matters.
Jeff and his wife Sue are married with two children, Kendall and Jenny. Jeff’s interests include fishing, hunting, and his hometown Green Bay Packers.
